ESG at IRSS UK

Our Commitment

At IRSS UK, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are more than just words — they are at the heart of how we
design, manufacture, and deliver our products. With over 25 years of experience, we’ve built our business on safety, sustainability,
and responsibility.

Our CoverMe range of bagging-off solutions eliminates the need for ladders, reduces workplace risk, and is manufactured using
recyclable and reusable materials. But our commitment doesn’t stop there — we’re actively shaping safer streets, greener
communities, and better industry standards.

Social

Protecting people is at the heart of what we do.

Worker Safety First
Our CoverMe products eliminate the need for ladders — enabling operatives to work safely from ground level and drastically reducing falls from height, one of the UK’s most common workplace risks.
Customer Impact
“No requirement for ladder training… made from recycled materials and reusable… what a great product!”— Council client testimonial
Global Community Benefit
Our tree-planting scheme directly supports families in underprivileged villages, giving them access to food and a sustainable future.

Environmental

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and helping our customers do the same.
Recyclable & Reusable Design
All CoverMe products are designed to be long-lasting, recyclable, and reusable — reducing waste at every stage of their lifecycle.
Circular Economy in Action
We’re building a take-back scheme for our covers: when they reach the end of their life, customers can return them to us. We’ll recycle the materials and turn them into new products, closing the loop and minimising waste.
Tree Planting With Purpose
For every product purchased, IRSS UK will plant a tree in a community that needs it most. These trees not only capture carbon but also provide fruit to support food security and income opportunities in villages around the world.
Cutting Plastic Waste
Councils such as Doncaster have already reduced single-use plastics by switching to our sustainable solutions.
